For returns based on personal preference, change of mind, incorrect selection, or other reasons not caused by Pumpvanta, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error on our part.

5. Non-Returnable Items
