Return Policy
At Pumpvanta, we aim to provide a clear and straightforward process for eligible returns and refunds.
1. Return Period
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, an item should generally:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include its original packaging where reasonably possible
- Include accessories or components originally supplied with the product
- Have proof of purchase or an identifiable order number
Requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2. How to Request a Return
Before returning any product, please contact:

Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photographs where applicable.
After reviewing an eligible request, our customer service team will provide the applicable return authorization, return instructions, and return address.
Do not send a product back before receiving authorization and return instructions from Pumpvanta. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
3. Return Eligibility
Returned products should generally:
- Be returned within the applicable 30-day return period
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Include original packaging where reasonably possible
- Include applicable accessories and components
- Have proof of purchase or an identifiable order number
Items that have been significantly used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a refund.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, please contact service@pumpvanta.com promptly.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs where applicable
After reviewing the information, we will provide appropriate assistance, which may include a replacement, refund, or another applicable remedy.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is required because of a confirmed error on our part, such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, Pumpvanta will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
For returns resulting from personal preference, change of mind, incorrect selection, or other reasons not caused by Pumpvanta, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Applicable return instructions will be provided after the return request has been reviewed.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error on our part.
6. Refunds
After an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to request an exchange or replacement, please contact service@pumpvanta.com before returning the original product.
Exchange availability depends on the circumstances and product availability.
In some cases, you may be asked to return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request. However, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
9. Return Instructions
Pumpvanta does not publish a general return address for unauthorized returns.
Customers must contact service@pumpvanta.com before returning a product.
After an eligible return request has been reviewed and authorized, the applicable return instructions and return address will be provided.
Sending a product without authorization or to an address that has not been provided for the approved return may prevent or delay processing.
